The year 2010 represented a successful year for our Romanian Team, a year of acknowledgements for all, embracing hard work and professionalism which was rewarded through our 3 highest awards at the CIJ Awards in Romania:

  • Best Office Development - for The Lakeview Office Building
  • Developer of the year - for AIG Lincoln Team

    • The Lakeview was awarded with the Office Development of the Year 2010 at the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards.

    The Lakeview received the title Office Project at the EuropaProperty 6th Annual Real Estate Gala and Forum.

                    




    The Lakeview construction is fully completed. Our first tenants have already moved in the building. The total rentable area of The Lakeview of 24,000 sqm of Class A prime office space is 100% leased.
